Russ & Effie's 65th Wedding Anniversary
Pam organized a 65th Anniversary celebration at Flounder Bay Cafe in Anacortes on Saturday, July 12. Uncle Dick, Aunt Nita, and cousin Colleen Ottoson joined us there. After lunch, we retreated to the Ottoson's home for cake and conversation. The weather was gorgeous Northwest summer!
